Preference for Enrolment Certificate

Parents who wish to enrol their child at a Catholic school are required to supply a completed and correctly signed Preference for Enrolment Certificate form to the school office. The significant familial adult will have to be a registered member of the parish (see Parish Roll Update).

The form is available from either the school office, the Parish office, or can be downloaded using the button below. Forms may be signed at the parish office on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3-4pm.
